CUSTOM JEWELLERY

Turnaround time for all custom pieces generally takes 4-6 weeks but may take longer if we have to get a gemstone custom cut for you desired design.

You will be notified of the estimated turnaround time when we contact you after you submit the form below.

The way that our custom process works is;

1. Once we have received your form submission we will go through all of the details of your piece with you through email.

2. Once you’re happy with the design we have spoken about we will give you a quote for the piece.

3. If you’re happy to proceed, we will then begin creating the wax model of your piece.

4. Once the wax model is finished we will contact you with photos and videos to confirm you’re happy with the design.

5. We can tweak the design as much as needed during this phase to make sure the piece is perfect for you. (Please note that after the stage we CANNOT change the design of your piece).

6. Once you have confirmed you are happy with your piece we take a 25% deposit.

7. The piece then gets cast into the metal of your choosing.

8. Once the piece has been cast we will contact you to let you know.

9. We refine the casting, set your stones and polish your piece.

10. Once complete we will contact you with photos and videos of the finished piece.

11. We then take the remaining payment and once received we ship it out to you. All custom pieces include FREE express postage (AUS wide).

We may be open to working with your sentimental diamonds or sapphires but we don’t work with any other provided gemstones.

Your piece will need to include at least one of our Tasmanian gemstones in the design.

The way that we craft our designs with the lost wax casting method means that we get organic and fluid textures in our pieces.

We can create smooth mirror finish pieces as well but please note that all of our pieces are built up by hand in wax meaning that they aren’t meant to be ultra-symmetrical.

We use 100% recycled Australian sterling silver and gold in all of our jewellery pieces.

No, we don’t offer metal repurposing currently.
